aoe6mm Terms & Conditions

1.General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and aoe6mm ("aoe6mm," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aoe6mm.org. By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided through aoe6mm.org, you expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety.

aoe6mm operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to Philippine gaming laws and regulations. Our services are intended solely for players located in the Philippines who meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using aoe6mm's services.

2.Eligibility

To register for and use an aoe6mm account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of aoe6mm or any of its affiliated entities, gaming providers, or service partners.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from aoe6mm or any PAGCOR-licensed platform.
• You must not be registered on any PAGCOR voluntary exclusion or self-exclusion list applicable at the time of registration or play.

aoe6mm reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, Driver's License, or Passport) — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by aoe6mm may result in account suspension pending review, or permanent closure.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on aoe6mm at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account details to ensure they remain accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify aoe6mm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

aoe6mm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above account security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

aoe6mm implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process as required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal of funds requires successful completion of identity verification. aoe6mm may conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aoe6mm are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). aoe6mm does not support transactions in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified aoe6mm account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• aoe6mm does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which aoe6mm accepts no responsibility.
• aoe6mm reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the policies of the receiving payment provider and standard banking settlement schedules. aoe6mm targets an average GCash withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes but does not guarantee this timeframe in all circumstances.

Any funds deposited into an aoe6mm account must be used for gaming activity. Depositing funds for the sole purpose of transferring money between payment accounts, without genuine gaming intent, is prohibited and may be treated as an attempt to misuse the platform's payment infrastructure.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

aoe6mm offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all aoe6mm promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses will not be awarded to players who are self-excluded or under account restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• aoe6mm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring existing commitments to players who have already claimed and partially fulfilled the relevant wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the specified wagering fulfillment process.

6.Rules of Play

All games available on aoe6mm are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

aoe6mm uses independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and unmanipulated. Live dealer games are conducted in accordance with the rules applicable to the live studio environment provided by the relevant third-party game provider.

In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or disconnection during a game session, aoe6mm's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. aoe6mm's determination in such matters shall be final, subject only to any dispute resolution process provided under these Terms.

aoe6mm reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a game outcome resulted from a technical error, software malfunction, or any form of exploitation of a game defect.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aoe6mm and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with aoe6mm's platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial crime using aoe6mm's payment infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players or aoe6mm employees to gain unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in a manner that generates systematic profit at aoe6mm's expense.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of aoe6mm's platform or impairs the experience of other players.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your aoe6mm account.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on aoe6mm.org — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the proprietary property of aoe6mm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use aoe6mm's platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from any aoe6mm content without the express prior written consent of aoe6mm. Unauthorized use of aoe6mm's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.

9.Privacy & Data

aoe6mm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at aoe6mm.org/privacy-policy. By using aoe6mm's services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aoe6mm complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. aoe6mm will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aoe6mm's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aoe6mm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if aoe6mm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aoe6mm does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to its platform and shall not be liable for any interruption to services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.

11.Account Termination

aoe6mm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, aoe6mm may forfeit any remaining balance — including deposited funds and bonus funds — where such closure results from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other serious violations. In cases of account closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance of deposited funds (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their aoe6mm account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and fulfilment of applicable KYC requirements for the final withdrawal.

12.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of aoe6mm's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable dispute resolution processes established by PAGCOR.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to seek resolution through aoe6mm's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected], or through PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution channel for licensed online gaming operators.

13.Amendments

aoe6mm reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (typically by SMS or in-platform notification) with at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

Your continued use of aoe6mm's services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The version of these Terms displayed on aoe6mm.org at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless a later version has been subsequently accepted by both parties.
